Screening

In order to feel safe when meeting, I do require screening for all new friends. This form is mandator. I am extremely selective about who I see, therefore very low volume and get booked up quickly, this is why I highly recommend pre-booking if possible.

How to Screen

Please text or email me ONE of the following verifications.

OPTION A : ID Verification

  • A clear photo of your ID.

    • You can cover everything except: photo, name, and date of birth

    • A Selfie holding the ID 

​OPTION B : Employment Verification

  • A clear photo of your ID.

  • Some combination of the following:

    • A LinkedIn profile that has a photo, job listed, and 100+ connections. 

    • An email sent from your work email address. It can be blank and will never be responded to.

    • A photo of your work ID badge.

    • A photo listing of you on your work website.

OPTION C : Reference Verification

  • One or more of the following:​

  • 2 references from well-established providers within the last year. Include their full names and website/ad. Please let them know I'll be reaching out.

  • P411 - at least two recent okay's. Request appointment through https://preferred411.com/P427364
